With over 22 years experience, Fred has been responsible for the operational development and growth of some of the most well-known and successful franchise systems in Australia, including Oporto and Gelatissimo.

I am a "Fast Food Development Expert" having worked for all the major players within Australia for the last 27 years. McDonalds, KFC, Hungry Jacks and QSRH (Red Rooster, Oporto & Chicken Treat).
I gained extensive experience in the total “turn-key” whilst with McDonalds. I was in charge of a team of 42 staff and responsible for the documentation and construction new stores. During my employment I gained valuable years of experience in all aspects of growing a National company.
